Season Finale: Fighting Irish at Cardinal All Day Open Thread

Dismissing the possibilities of bowl games, this could be the last Notre Dame game for Charlie Weis, Jimmy Clausen, Golden Tate, Kyle McCarthy and Eric Olsen, among so many more.  If Toby Gerhart wants the Heisman, he's going to have to do a number on the Irish defense and hope for some help from Nebraska.  Let's attempt to send Weis and company out with a win against a very formidable Stanford squad.

Senior Day and Weis' Wake: Connecticut Huskies at Notre Dame Fighting Irish

The last home game for a lot of seniors, potentially some juniors (Please stay Jimmy and Golden) and most definitely Charlie Weis in the capacity as head coach.  The Huskies are a solid team that have been on the receiving end of a lot of bad luck in the wake of Jasper Howard's tragic death.  If anyone due, it's them.  I'd call this the last stand for Charlie Weis, but I think we're past that point.

Go Irish, Beat Huskies.

Notre Dame at Pittsburgh All Day Open Thread

Pick a result - any result - and I'm pretty sure you could convince an Irish fan it was possible.  The only thing I'm pretty sure of is a lot of points are going to be scored, meaning look for a 10-7 game late in the fourth.  I'll be down at Heinz Field in Section 214 to witness a great win or the end of the Charlie Weis Era in person, so say hey if you see the guy in the classy, white St. Michael #3 jersey.

Go Irish, Beat Panthers.

Armando Allen is out, but St. Michael Floyd has returned.  The last time the Midshipmen played at Notre Dame Stadium...agggh....not.....take it away, House Rock Built.

Go Irish, Beat Midshipmen.

Washington at Notre Dame All Day Open Thread

3:30pm for the Huskies and Irish, but there's football all day.  Drop you comments here all day, and come hang out for the Notre Dame game if you're not in South Bend or your bar of choice.

Notre Dame at Purdue: All Day Open Thread

No rest for the weary as a beaten up Notre Dame offense and a beaten down Notre Dame defense travel to West Lafayette for a primetime showdown with the Boilermakers.  There is great college football action all day and night, so stop by over the course of the afternoon and during the game tonight.

Go Irish, Beat Boilers.
