I'm pretty sure only two of these answers make any sense...

Yes to both… So it was the last straw… but your mind can still be changed… so it wasn’t the last straw and you’re a liar.

No to #1, Yes to #2… It wasn’t the last straw that we lost to Navy… but if we BEAT Pitt, then you’re done with Weis?

I love you mhb, but this poll I do not get.

Agreed...
  1. should read “Would the result of the Pitt game change your opinion?”. That might make a little more sense.

Agreed

Shouldn’t there also be an option for people who gave up on Weis previously?

by djta on Nov 9, 2009 4:24 PM EST up reply actions

Perhaps

But maybe that means you still believe in Weis and will continue to believe in him even if ND loses to Pitt.

I voted No and No...

because I think we have seen everything Weis is capable of, and nothing from this point on would surprise me nor really change my mind.

Gruden

I would love for Jon to come back to South Bend. We could discuss the merits of hiring him. But my question is why would he want to come to ND? I find it hard to believe that college can give him what he needs.

I'd rather have Kelly than Gruden

but I would rather have Gruden than Weis

Kelly has college head coaching experience

I am not anti-Gruden, I just think Kelly would be more likely to bring faster results.

On top of that...

I think that certain coaches, coach better at certain levels. Pete does so well at USC because how well he relates to kids. But perhaps he didn’t do so well because professional adults really didn’t respect that. I could be wrong, but hasn’t Gruden already had run ins with his players, from what I recall he has pissed off some players, and he is never happy with his QB. So how well will that translate to college? I just think if there is a guy who has proven that he can coach at the college level, then go with that guy.

Why are options 3 and 4 necessary???

My apologies to mhb

I misread your poll questions.
