Can't Wait for the Holy War

Huge game this weekend between Notre Dame and Boston College.

Star-divide

I don't know why, but the ND-BC game is always one of my favorite games of the year.  Perhaps it is history, perhaps it is the intensity of the rivalry, perhaps it is just my pure love for college football.  But even as someone who isn't a fan of either team particularly, I always look forward to watching this one.

It's usually a little more fun because there is more riding on the game from a national perspective, but at 5-3 both of these teams are desperate for a win to improve their ability to get a better bowl game.

Ran across a really interesting preview of the game from a BC fan that gives a pretty good perspective.  I can't say it's totally balanced, but certainly an entertaining read for anyone who, like me, can't get enough about this game.

After the heartbreak of last week for the Irish, I think they'll pull this one out.  When it doubt, go with the better QB - and I think it's Jimmy Clausen in this one.

need this one

I think we need to win this game or the season really starts looking disappointing as our schedule has been very kind

I think we can upset BC

our team has evolved so much on offense but our D still needs some work. After a pitt game which I thought we’d get killed in, I think we have a good chance for the upset today.

For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, 'If I live, I will kill you. If I die, You are forgiven.' Such is the rule of honor." Omerta by Lamb of God
